Musculoskeletal Disorders

  • What is Thermography?

    Thermography is a safe, non-invasive, and affordable option to traditional imaging. Thermal Infrared imaging cameras are utilized to create a whole-body picture showing physiological changes due to injury, chronic disease, pain and inflammation. 

  • How is thermography different from other tests?

    Traditional imaging such as Radiography, CT scan and MRI utilize radiation or magnetic fields to recreate a visual of structures within the body. Thermography utilizes infrared heat images to create visual structures of the body which can help solve contributors to “mystery pain” that may not be detectable otherwise. With the information Thermography provides, recommendations can be made for whole body healing rather than just addressing one area of pain.
